Maria Barajas Response to literature

Tell-Tale heart
TRUE! nervous, very, very dreadfully nervous I had been and am; but why WILL you say that I am mad? Tell-Tale heart, by Edgar Allen Poe is a great story about an event from his life? He used to live with an old man but he didn't really like him. He decided he was going to kill him; just because the poor man's eye annoyed him. "His eyes would cause me trouble no more," he said. After he did, he hid the old man under the room's carpet.

The mood of Tell-Tale heart is a mood of suspense, since as you read the story you can feel your heart beating rate go up. You can feel the excitement of an nerve of someone about to die.(Where is your thesis sentence that tells what each body paragraph is about?)
Great beginning!
