ELA:
After you have organized and answered the questions to all of your writing pieces (Response to Literature, Persuasive Essay, Biography, Technology Essay, Historical Biography, Technical Document-How-to), you will move on to reflecting on your writing as whole.
Answer the following questions regarding your writing.
1) Order your writing pieces from most satisfied with to least satisfied with. Put your essays in that order on your word document.
2) Go down past all of your essays and create a section titled "8th Grade Writing Reflection".
3) Answer the following questions in that section.
a) What satisfied you about your 3 top pieces of writing?
b) After looking at these pieces, explain how you have grown as a writer this year. (Include your writing in other classes, as well.
c) Explain how growing as a writer will help you succeed in school and in life.
d) Explain how our use of technology has helped or hurt your growth as a writer. Include specific forms of technology we have used.
d) Find a quote about writing that you truly relate to. Describe what that quote means to you as a writer.
