How To Brush Your Teeth; The Right Way


Do you have nasty black and brown teeth? Well, here’s our answer to that problem! Brushing your teeth is something you should be doing at least twice a day. Brushing your teeth should take about two minutes. If you don’t brush your teeth there could be horrible outcomes such as, gingivitis, cavities, and tooth decay. This user guide will teach you the proper way to brush your teeth.

What you will need:

  • Toothbrush
  • Toothpaste (you will need

about a pee size)

  • Water (enough to get

the bristles wet)

  • A sink


Dangers, tips, and warnings:
Do not swallow toothpaste, or else you can get sick.
Do not put toothbrush in your throat, or else you will risk the chance of choking yourself.
Do not put the toothbrush anywhere besides your mouth, or it can become a hazard to your safety.
Do not brush to hard, it could damage your gums and remove the calcium from your teeth.
TIP: Brush in circular motions to get the best result of removing all the

plaque and leftover food.

TIP: Make sure you replace your toothbrush once every month, because it gets worn out and unsanitary
TIP: When storing your toothbrush it should be in a sanitary place.
TIP: If you have problems understanding ask an adult.

Steps:

Step 1) Get your toothbrush from a sanitary place
Step 2) Turn the sink on, (turn the right handle, the left handle will be hot)
Step 2) Put the bristles of the toothbrush underneath the water.
Step 3) Take the bristles out of the water
Step 4) Turn the sink off
Step 5) Open the tube of toothpaste, (turn the cap counter-clockwise)
Step 6) Put a pee size amount of toothpaste
Step 7) Place the bristles of toothbrush in your mouth
Step 8) Start to do counter-clockwise circular motions on the bottom part of your mouth for at least a minute.
Step 9) Move the toothbrush to the top part of your teeth and continue to brush in circular motions for another minute
Step 11) Spit out the toothpaste into your sink.
Step 12) Turn on the sink again and without swallowing, put water in your mouth and gargle
Step 13) Spit out the water
Step 14) Rinse the toothbrush in the water until the remaining toothpaste is off the bristles
Step 15) Turn off the sink
Step 16) Admire your clean teeth
