Imagine being an innocent, little animal stuck in a laboratory everyday, having harsh chemicals shoved down your throat and eyes. More about the testing here.This is how millions of animals are being treated around the world, just to make shampoo, makeup, and hairspray safe tofor humans. List many of the big companies that use testing.Everyone can affect animal testing by not using cosmetics or medicine that use animal testing. Animal testing is unreliable, cruel, and unfair.



Animal testing is unreliable because animals are different from humans and something that works on them does not prove that it'll work on us. Also, “animals don't react in the same way as humans to various drugs and diseases.”who said this? An example of animal testing being unreliable is, “when they were testing morphine they trialed it on cats. When morphine is given to humans it calms them and stops the pain. When given to cats it sends them crazy they climb the walls and basically, they can't stop moving. It’s known as Morphine Mania.” Who said this? Some people believe that animal testing is unreliable and cruel, but on the other hand, some people think it’s beneficial and helpful. “Testing on animals has helped develop vaccines for many life threatening diseases like Herpes Simplex, Hepatitis B, Polio, rabies, malaria, mumps and virus related to organ transplantation rejection.” Who said this? Also, you need to counter-argue this As you can see, animal testing is unreliable because when people test something on animals it could result differently than it does on people. Finally, animal testing is unreliable, but it is also cruel.



Testing cosmetics and medicine on animals is cruel because, “animals have no voice; an animal cannot tell you to stop hurting them or that they object to what you are doing.” Who said this?Animals are defenseless; therefore they look for us, humans, for support. “Whether or not you agree with animal testing you must agree that 500 million animal deaths a year from animal testing is ridiculous.”who said this Instead of hurting animals to make their product safe, they should use different methods. One method they could use is the in-vitro methods, which is in an artificial environment outside the living organism. Explain this a little more in depth Also, there is the computer simulation of experiments, which is a reliable source.” Who said this?As you can see, testing on animal to make our products safe and reliable is cruel and unfair to animals and people.



One reason animal testing is unfair, is because, “it is a fact that certain results that come from animal testing are obsolete or are done and redone with the same results.” Who said this?That isn’t fair because when they test their products three or four times on the same animal, it isn’t helping anything if they are coming out with the same results. Animals don’t need to be tested to get their products safe or accurate. Animal testing is unfair to humans, because if they test something on an animal, that doesn’t mean that it will react the same on a human. For example, “if a drug is approved because it wasn’t harmful to a chimpanzee, it could still be harmful to humans. Chimpanzees, our closely related test subject, and are considered a threatened species under the U.S. Endangered Species Act. Overtime, if chimps become endangered it will be partly our fault.” Who said this? Also, comment on that quoteLastly, testing animal is unfair to humans and animals.


Testing cosmetics and medicine on animals is unreliable, unfair and rude. When you test on more than one animal and get the same result, I think not 1st personit is unfair to the animals and to us.
